Garden homes of up to 1184 sq ft. may be built on each lot. Criteria for the size and location of garden homes are available in the City of Mission’s zoning bylaws. It is up to each lot purchaser to ensure that their garden home complies with the bylaws for size and location. Some of the lots have a limited building space on the upper bench which may limit the size of the garden home. Septic systems may have to be resized to accommodate the extra dwelling.
